Jungle XL is our very own “bulky item” premium delivery service that operates Monday to Friday within Auckland and Christchurch.
If you live within our eligible delivery zones, your order will automatically be assigned to Jungle XL and you will see the Jungle XL logo during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Note: Jungle XL is not available for closed business addresses, or PO Box/Parcel Collect addresses.
How much does it cost?
Jungle XL starts at $39.95 and increases depending on the weight and size of the item being delivered. An accurate price, based on the exact size and weight of items you’re ordering, will be displayed to you in the checkout. Primates receive a 20% off discount per Jungle XL delivery.
Tracking Your Delivery
Jungle XL uses live-tracking technology so you can stay updated on the delivery progress of your orders. Once your driver starts your delivery, you can track the progress using the SMS tracking link provided to your mobile phone.
You will be provided a date range for delivery at checkout and in your confirmation email. Please be advised that delivery will take place within this date range and that your tracking link will be sent to you via SMS on the day of delivery when the driver is on their way.
Because we use SMS tracking reminders which are sent straight to your mobile number, a New Zealand phone number will be requested in the checkout to give you access to these tracking services.
Providing a valid phone number is important as our drivers may call upon arrival if there are any access issues or safety concerns preventing a successful delivery.

Dogs on Property
It is important to protect our drivers' safety while also ensuring your parcel is delivered successfully. As such, we kindly ask that you please secure any loose dogs on your property before our drivers are due to arrive.
If you are expected to be home at the time of delivery, you can leave a comment for the driver to call you upon arrival. You may find the “Special Delivery Instructions” feature on Step 2 of the Checkout. Text entered there is printed on your parcel and is read by the courier driver responsible for delivering your order.

Furniture Deliveries
Please be aware that most furniture sold on our website will arrive flat-packed and will require partial or full assembly by the purchaser and/or recipient.
We recommend carefully reading our product listings before proceeding with a purchase and contacting us if you are unsure what type of assembly may be required for the item you are interested in.
