Premium Delivery for Bulky & Oversized Items
Jungle XL is our dedicated delivery service for large and bulky items. It operates Monday to Friday within Auckland and Christchurch, delivering furniture and other oversized products.
If your order and address are eligible, Jungle XL will automatically be assigned at checkout. You can also view this in your order confirmation email.
Please Note: Jungle XL isn’t available for PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, or closed business addresses. If your property has restricted access, please include clear delivery instructions.
How much does it cost?
Jungle XL pricing starts at $39.95 and varies based on the size and weight of your item(s). The exact price will be shown at checkout. Primates receive 20% off Jungle XL deliveries.
Tracking Your Delivery
You’ll receive a delivery date range during checkout and in your confirmation email. Your order will be delivered within these dates.
On the day your driver is heading your way, you’ll get an SMS tracking link to follow your delivery in real time. You’ll be asked for a New Zealand mobile number at checkout in order to access this tracking, and also to allow drivers to contact you if needed.
Furniture Deliveries
Most furniture items arrive flat-packed and will require your assembly.
Please note: Assembly is not included in the freight cost. Please check the product listing for details and contact us if you’re unsure about what’s involved.
Dogs on Property
It is important to protect our drivers' safety while also ensuring your parcel is delivered successfully. As such, we kindly ask that you please secure any loose dogs on your property before our drivers are due to arrive.
