We use Mainfreight for only our biggest and heaviest orders which cannot be covered by standard shipment.
If you order a BBQ, outdoor table, or a similar-sized product, we will use Mainfreight to deliver this.
As these items are bulkier than most, delivery can take between 2 and 6 business days, depending on your area. You will be quoted a more accurate time frame during checkout.
You can track your order on the Mainfreight website using your tracking number. If you are yet to receive tracking details, please be patient, our team will email you as soon as it has shipped.
Mainfreight will be in touch via the phone number supplied on your order when they are ready to deliver your item, to organise a delivery time that works for you.
Mainfreight drivers (normally two), will deliver your item and even offer to unbox it and take away the packaging for you, all as part of the delivery. Delivery times may vary slightly from our delivery estimator.
Please note; Since Mainfreight is a premium upgraded delivery service for bulky and heavy freight, Primate memberships do not cover this shipping fee. A shipping fee will be quoted to you in checkout.

You will need to include your order number, the courier service your parcel was sent with, and detailed information about the delivery issue you are experiencing.
In most cases, we will need to launch an investigation with the courier company to assist with resolving the delivery issue you are having. Rest assured, our team will do everything they can to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
