Evening Express - Same Day Delivery

If you live in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch, Mighty Ape can deliver in-stock products between 6pm - 9pm on the same day your order ships.

An additional delivery fee applies and delivery is to selected inner-city suburbs only. As delivery is after 6pm, delivery to a business address is not advised.

If your order is eligible for Evening Express Delivery, you will see the following upgrade presented in the Checkout:

Note: This delivery option is not available for business addresses, or PO Box/Parcel Collect addresses, as these are typically not open between 6pm to 9pm.

How much does it cost?

Evening Express costs more than standard delivery. The additional upgrade charge is calculated based on your standard delivery charge.

When do I have to order?

To receive your items the same day, you must place your order before the daily cutoff time (Monday to Friday).**

When will my Evening Express Order be shipped out?

Despite shipping out your Evening Express parcel in the morning or afternoon (depending on your location) tracking will not be available until the evening.

There are no tracking updates available until this item is with the courier for delivery, so you'll receive your tracking information around 6pm in the evening of the day your order was placed.

We apologize for any concern this might cause! Rest assured, your parcel will have been shipped out and on the way for delivery in the evening as advertised.

If you do not receive your Evening Express delivery between 6 - 9PM as advertised, Please contact us here. 

Select "I have a courier or delivery issue" and choose Evening Express as the courier provider. 

Once we receive your support request, we will launch a courier investigation on your behalf.

Are all in-stock products eligible?

Dangerous goods (e.g. paint and perfume etc) and products weighing more than 8kg cannot be sent using express courier. Out of Stock products, In Stock with Supplier products and Pre-orders are also ineligible.
