Jungle Express; The Fastest Way To Get Your Mighty Ape Order
Jungle Express is our very own priority delivery service which operates 7 days a week within Auckland! All Jungle Express orders are sent out and delivered on a same or next-day service.

Jungle Express is an optional premium delivery upgrade in checkout, and you will be presented with this option if your order and address are eligible for this service.
Our drivers deliver parcels to eligible addresses all over Auckland before 6pm. We use live-tracking technology so you can stay updated on the delivery progress of your parcel. Once your driver starts your delivery, you can track the progress using the SMS tracking link provided to your mobile phone.
Because we use SMS tracking reminders which are sent straight to your mobile number, a New Zealand phone number will be requested in checkout to give you access to these tracking services.
Please Note: Jungle Express is not available for closed business addresses, or PO Box/Parcel Collect addresses. We require instructions for delivery to properties with restricted access.

How much does it cost?
For Auckland deliveries, Jungle Express is $12.95 per parcel, or just $7.00 for Primates!
When do I have to order?
To receive your items on the same day you order them, your order needs to be placed and paid for before 11am for Auckland.
When will my Jungle Express order be shipped out?
Depending on when you placed your order, your order will be shipped out between early morning - early afternoon. Our last deliveries for the day usually leave at around 1:30PM!
When will my Jungle Express order be delivered?
For Auckland customers
If your order was placed before 11am your order will be delivered on the same day before 6pm.
If your order was placed after 11am your order will be shipped the following day and delivered before 6pm.
The delivery day will be confirmed in checkout and your order confirmation email, and live tracking information will be sent to your NZ mobile number, this will include an estimated delivery window.
How can I confirm if my address is eligible?

Are all in-stock products eligible?
Dangerous goods (e.g. paint and perfume etc) cannot be sent using Jungle Express.
Out of Stock products, Available from Supplier products and Pre-orders are also ineligible.
Ordering large and bulky items or many smaller items, which cannot fit securely into a parcel, means your order may not be eligible for Jungle Express. The option will only be presented in checkout if all items in your cart are eligible and can be sent together in the same parcel.
Dogs on Property
It is important to protect our drivers' safety while also ensuring your parcel is delivered successfully. As such, we kindly ask that you please secure any loose dogs on your property before our drivers are due to arrive.
If you are expected to be home at the time of delivery, you can leave a comment for the driver to call you upon arrival. You may find the “Special Delivery Instructions” feature on Step 2 of the Checkout. Text entered there is printed on your parcel and is read by the courier driver responsible for delivering your order.
