If you'd like to chat with us, simply look out for the below chat bubble on our help banner. You can find the chat bubble at the lower right-hand corner of all pages on our website and help centre.
Once you've entered into the chat menu, you'll be asked to enter a quick message describing your issue before your chat begins.
We aim to keep Live Chat running during regular business hours Monday through Friday, with additional support available on Saturdays.
During busy periods, chat may temporarily be made unavailable to ensure customers aren't left waiting for extended periods of time.
