If your NZ Post delivery has been attempted for your parcel but a card to call was not left, it could be due to one of the following reasons;
- The address provided is incorrect
- The courier driver was unable to locate your address (Common in newer suburbs)
- The courier driver could not access your apartment complex
- Your business address was closed during the time of delivery
If a card was left, it was most likely due to the parcel needing a signature or the courier driver could not find a safe location to deliver this to.
Your NZ Post tracking number will also update to show the following information and redelivery can be organized by clicking the "Arrange redelivery" button on your tracking if available.
