Standard shipping delays usually resolve in 2-3 business days so your parcel should arrive shortly!
However, if your standard parcel or bulky shipment has been delayed by more than 3 working days, let us know and we will launch an investigation with the appropriate courier company.
If your Evening Express order was delayed or not delivered on the same day it was dispatched, let us know right away!

You will need to include your order number, the courier service your parcel was sent with, and detailed information about the delivery issue you are experiencing.
