Because our Jungle services use live tracking technology through SMS texts, a valid NZ mobile number will be required to access the tracking number!
If a valid phone number is not provided, your order will be dispatched but we sadly this means you will not be able to track your order.
For bulky freight shipped with Mainfreight's M2Home delivery division, they will require your phone number in-order to arrange a suitable delivery time with you!
It is vital that a valid NZ phone number is provided when placing your order to avoid delivery delays.

When sending a Support Request to make changes to your order, please select the option “I need help modifying an address, item, or payment method on an unshipped order” and provide your order number in the form. By contacting us through this form, the processing of your order will be placed on hold which will help to prevent it from being sent before the requested changes are made.
Please note, we may not be able to make the changes requested if your parcel has already been fulfilled or dispatched.
