You can also check to see if your order has shipped from My Account.
If you have an account with us, you can track the progress of your order by clicking on the relevant order in My Orders under My Account.
If you don’t have an account or are having trouble accessing your account, not to worry! The tracking number and the courier it was shipped with are visible on your shipping confirmation email. Simply put the tracking number into the courier company's website to track your order.
For Jungle Express and Jungle XL orders, you will be sent an SMS text that contains live tracking information. This will be texted to the number you provided at checkout once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. The link will look like this: https://rta.cc/EXamPle.
