Shipping and delivery estimates are displayed on the product page and in the checkout before you confirm your order. The estimated delivery date provided is calculated based on your default delivery address and the product you are viewing. We use this information in addition to delivery timeframes from our courier companies to provide the most accurate ETA.

You can select your desired courier option in the checkout. You can sign up for Primate to receive discounted shipping on items shipped by Mighty Ape. If you sign up for the 14-day free trial, Primate will be charged $89 / 365 days automatically after the free trial unless this is cancelled. You can read more about this here.
You will only receive the express delivery timeframe advertised on the product page if you select the express shipping option. If you opt for a standard shipping option, the delivery ETA will be displayed in your trolley:
Upgrade Eligibility
If your default address or the product you are ordering is not eligible for certain services, these will not be advertised to you on the product page or in checkout.
Some addresses and products are only eligible for standard shipment. In these cases, you will not be shown shipping options at checkout as it will automatically default to standard delivery.
