How to Receive Promotional (promo) Codes:
You may receive Mighty Ape promo codes in several different ways:
-Physical promotional codes may randomly be included with your orders
-Physical promotional codes may be provided at events such as Armaggedon
-Email promotional codes may be provided on your birthday if you've been signed up to "Personalised Offers" for 6 months or longer. You can update your email preferences here. Please ensure you've added your birthday to your Mighty Ape account so we know when your birthday is!
How to Use Promotional Codes:
You can enter your Promotional Code in Step 3 of checkout by selecting "enter a gift voucher or promotional code" at the bottom of the page. You can also do so at Step 4 of checkout, under your payment details. Once you have entered the code, please ensure you hit the "Apply" button which will activate the code and adjust your price accordingly.
Please note:
- Promo codes cannot be used to purchase Primate subscriptions.
- Promo codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
- Only one promotional code can be used per order.
- Some promotional codes will have an expiry date (which is displayed when the code is issued).
- Promotional Codes which offer discounted shipping cannot be used with 'Ships Direct' items.
