How to Receive Promotional (promo) Codes:
You may receive Mighty Ape promo codes in several different ways:
-Physical promotional codes may randomly be included with your orders
-Promotional codes may be emailed to you or displayed on the site for use on specific items.
How to Use Promotional Codes:
You can enter your Promotional Code on eligible orders in your trolley prior to checking out. Simply enter your code in the "Discount code" box at the bottom of the page*. Once you have entered the code, please ensure you hit the "Apply" button which will activate the code and adjust your price accordingly.
*The discount code box will only appear if there is an active code that can be used on your trolley. If no box is visible, you don't have an active discount code or your trolley is ineligible. If you have an active code and an eligible trolley but the box is not visible, please contact our Customer Service team.
Please note:
- Promo codes cannot be used to purchase Primate subscriptions.
- Promo codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
- Only one promotional code can be used per order.
- Some promotional codes will have an expiry date (which is displayed when the code is issued).
- Some promotional codes will only be eligible on certain items, or may have a cart minimum. These details will be displayed on the promotional code's terms and conditions.
