The trolley is where you choose the address to have your order delivered, how you want your order delivered. Alternatively, if your order is eligible for collection, you can choose to pick up from our warehouse instead! Once you progess to checkout, you can select your payment method and complete the checkout process.
Primate options
In your trolley you will be offered the option to sign up for a Primate 14 day free trial*, or proceed without Primate member savings. You must select one of these options before checking out.
-If you select "save an extra $x.xx with Primate" you will be signed up for 14 day free trial*. This will provide you with Primate benefits like item and shipping discounts for the 14 day period. This will roll over into a paid subscription if this isn't cancelled within the trial period. You can cancel your subscription through your Account Manager.
*If you have previously used the Primate free trial, you will immediately be signed up for a 12 month subscription. This will be advised at checkout.
-If you select "proceed without Primate savings" and opt for a standard delivery option you will not be signed up for Primate.
Shipping options
If you have made a Primate selection, you will be shown either all the Primate shipping options, or all the standard shipping options depending on your selection. If you have not made a selection, you will be shown all the shipping options.
Please note: If you select a Primate shipping shipping option, you will opt into a Primate membership and receive Primate benefits on this order.
The shipping options will be displayed based on the postcode in your trolley. To ensure the shipping options are correct, please select the correct postcode before selecting your shipping method.
If your order is eligible for express shipping or pickup, it will be displayed as an option at checkout. If it is not displayed, your order is not eligible for these services.

1. Contact Details
You will be asked to input your email address, full name and phone number.
If you have an account, you will be prompted to sign in once you've entered your email address.
If you don't have an account, you will need to enter your email address, full name, and phone number. We will send you an email after you've checked out offering you the option to set a password and create an account. If you'd like to create an account you can do so by clicking on the link in that email. If you don't want to create an account you can disregard that email.
Checking out with Mighty Ape will sign you up to our Mailing List. If you'd like to unsubscribe you can do so at the bottom of our Marketing emails, or through your Account Manager. If you're having trouble unsubscribing please contact us.
2. Shipping/ Billing Address
If you are placing a delivery order, you will be asked to enter the delivery address. Start typing address in the "Street Address" and then select your address from the dropdown. It's important to select your address from the dropdown. You can read more about this here.
If you are placing a pick up order, you will be asked to enter a billing address. Your order will not be shipped to this address, but the billing address will appear on your e-invoice.
3.Payment Options
You can now select your preferred payment method. Our payment options are:
Credit card, Paypal, Account credit*, Online Eftpos, Afterpay**, ZIP**, Gem**, Klarna**, and Laybuy**.
*Account credit cannot be used on any order containing a Primate membership, or any electronic delivery.
**Buy Now, Pay Later payment methods are only available on eligible orders. You can check eligibility here.
Once you've selected a payment method and paid your order has been completed! You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed with your order details. We'd recommend checking the details on this email to ensure they're all correct. If they're incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
