Can I view an item before purchasing?
Our pickup location is a collection location and not a standard retail store. We don’t have products on display, if you require additional photos or further information about a specific product, please contact us.
Why is the "pickup" option not showing at checkout?
Not all products on our site are available for collection. The pickup option is only displayed if the products in your trolley are in stock at our Mighty Ape Silverdale location. If the option is not showing at checkout, the item cannot be collected and is delivery-only.
Can I pick up my order immediately?
Pick up orders are prepared in advance of collection. Please wait for a pickup confirmation email before coming to collect your order to avoid disappointment. If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us.
I haven’t received a confirmation email
If you haven’t received an order or pickup confirmation email please check your junk or spam folder. If you haven't received it and you'd like an update on your order, please contact us with your relevant order details.
