If you created a Pick Up order prior to the 21st of October 2024, your Pick Up process will not be impacted by the Click and Collect Pick Ups process.
This means that you will receive an email as soon as the item is in stock and you can then come to collect your order. Your order will be prepared upon arrival, and payment will be taken in-store upon collection.
When picking up your order, you can pay using Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card, Afterpay, or Gift Voucher. Please note that Afterpay is not eligible for all items or orders - you can read more about eligibility and payment via Afterpay here.
