It’s important to keep your details updated at all times to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your orders.
You can update your email address and account name.
You can also update your shipping address and phone number.
If you are unable to log in to update your details (and you have made sure your email address is correct) it's possible that you haven't created an account with us, even if you have placed an order before. We call these 'Guest Accounts'.
If you would like to log on and view your previous orders, you will first need to create an account using the email address you have used on previous orders.
To create an account, click 'Sign in' and then enter your email address. You'll then be prompted to create an account by entering a password.
