Pick Up Operating Hours
Our normal Pick Up opening hours at 24-28 Highgate Parkway, Silverdale are as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Please note we are closed for Pickups on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Auckland Anniversary, Waitangi Day, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, and Labour Day.
How to Place a Pick Up Order
(If you placed an order prior to the 21st of October 2024, please see here for more information on how to collect your order.)
To create a Pick Up order, add the in-stock, eligible items to your trolley as normal and select the "Pick Up" option before clicking "checkout". Please note that only in-stock items sold by Mighty Ape are eligible for collection.
You will be presented with the option to Pick Up when selecting your delivery method as below. If Pick Up is not an option at checkout, one or more of the items are ineligible for pick up and your order can only be placed as a delivery order. You can read more about this here.
The next pages are for finalising your order. You will be prompted to provide your billing address and select your payment method. The billing address is just for payment processing and order verification. Don't worry, your address won't affect your pickup — it just helps us make sure your payment process goes smoothly.
Once you have successfully checked out you will receive a confirmation email.
You will receive a follow-up email advising when your order is available for collection. To avoid disappointment, please place your order online and wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pick up.

Pick Up orders are paid for at checkout and are unable to be paid upon collection. You can use the following payment methods at checkout:

Important Information
Mighty Ape is not an ordinary retail store. While we have a few products available to browse in our showroom, most stock is kept in our warehouse. Pickup orders must be placed and paid for online before being picked up.
To avoid disappointment, please place your order online and wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pick up.
Please be advised that if your order hasn’t been collected within 14 days, it may automatically be cancelled and refunded.
To ensure fairness to all of our customers, we will hold your Pick Up order for 14 days from the date you’re notified to collect it. If your order has not been collected within 14 days it may be cancelled and refunded back to your original payment method.
We are unable to hold items longer than 14 days except under special circumstances; If your situation has changed and you need to extend or cancel your pick-up please get in touch with us.
