You can expect to receive your refund regardless of the payment method within 1-2 working days unless advised otherwise.
If you paid with AfterPay, Zip, Laybuy, Gem, or Klarna, your scheduled payments will be cancelled and any payments made to date will be refunded back to you in 1-2 working days.
You will receive an automated email once your refund has finished processing.
If your refund hasn’t arrived within 2 working days please contact us.
All refunds must be issued to the original payment method selected during checkout.
If you've applied account credit at checkout, the account credit portion of your order will be refunded to your Mighty Ape account while the remaining total is refunded to the additional payment method you selected.
