If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, we would recommend reaching out to the seller(s) of the item to request the changes.
Go to your Account Manager and select "get help on this order".
If the item is listed as "Sold by Mighty Ape" you will be redirected to our Help Centre. Select "I need help cancelling an unshipped item or order" and enter the details of your query.
If the item is sold by a third-party seller, you will be asked to select what you need help with and the item. Your request will then be sent to the seller for further assistance.
If you don't have a Mighty Ape account, you can reach out to our Customer Service team to request the cancellation or modification. If you are requesting a cancellation, please include the names of the items you would like cancelled. If you are requesting an address change, please remember to include the new address you'd like your order shipped to.
Requesting a cancellation does not guarantee that your order is able to be cancelled. While every attempt will be made to carry out your request, please note that we cannot guarantee that order modifications, cancellations, or amendments can be made prior to your order being shipped.
