Why the product is recalled:
The threaded inserts and screw fittings within the chair legs can become loose and dislodge.
There have been reports that the tray table and/or harness buckle may work loose or not be secure.
Hazard:
There is a risk of injury as the chair may collapse, and the harness or tray table may not
remain securely attached.
What To Do:
- Stop using the product immediately
