Why the product is recalled:
Seatbelt adjusters can increase the risk of injury by positioning the lap belt over the abdomen, potentially causing abdominal injuries in the event of a crash.
Hazard:
Consumers should not use the seatbelt adjuster for adults or children as they can increase the risk of injury if you use them to position the lap belt over the abdomen in a different position to what it would be without it.
