In most cases, Game DLC will be included inside the case. In rare instances, we will send them out via email. If you find that the DLC is not inside the case, please check your Inbox! Please ensure we are set as a trusted sender so this does not get sent to your Spam folder. If you are using Gmail, please make sure to check your Promotions inbox.
If you've not been able to locate this, please get in touch and we can look into this from there.
If you find that your DLC code is not working, please let us know and we can get that sorted! We will need an image of the DLC code you received so that it can be sent to the supplier to be cancelled.
