Some of our Game pre-orders come with a Day One Delivery which means we ship these games out the day before the release date for delivery on the release day!
We understand the importance of a release day delivery for new game titles so we always do everything within our power to ensure your game arrives on time.
We process all the pre-order games to ship out in advance with priority labelling on NZ Post to ensure they have the very best chance of arriving for you on release day.
While we would love to ship these even earlier, we have to wait until the afternoon before the release date to ship them to ensure games don't arrive a day or two early.
These pre-orders may arrive at any point throughout the release day so we can't guarantee they'll arrive first thing in the morning, but rest assured your order should reach you on release day.
Unfortunately in rare instances, some orders may be affected by NZPost delays which are sadly outside of our control.
My Pre-Order with Day One Delivery Hasn't Arrived On Time

If your order hasn't arrived on time please get in touch with our Customer Service team as they can provide the following resolutions:
-A shipping refund for this shipment
-A pre-paid label to return this item for a refund if it arrives too late. This item would need to be returned in unopened, pristine condition in line with our Change of Mind Return policy.
They can also contact NZPost on your behalf to follow up on any significant delays to ensure your parcel reaches you as soon as possible.
