Prezzy Cards
Prezzy Cards can be used on Mighty Ape, by entering them through checkout as you would for your standard Debit/Credit Card.
Gift Vouchers
In order to redeem a Mighty Ape gift voucher, you need to login and enter the voucher codes here:
Simply, enter the code from the bottom of the gift voucher and click 'Redeem' which will add the gift voucher as credit to your Mighty Ape account.
Your account credit will be valid for 3 years from the date of redemption.
Account Credit
To use your account credit, simply stay logged in and go through adding products to your Trolley as normal.
When you get to the payment step of Checkout, you will be offered the option to apply your account credit. You can select "apply" and your account credit will be applied to your order.
If the value of your order exceeds the balance of your account credit, your selected payment method will be used to pay the remaining balance.
Please note: Account credit cannot be redeemed on orders with items supplied by Mighty Ape Marketplace Sellers, or on orders containing a Primate Membership.
