Primate free shipping is determined by a range of factors, and whether an item is eligible for free shipping is at the sole discretion of Mighty Ape.
Most products sold by Mighty Ape directly are eligible for Primate free standard delivery. Any item eligible for free shipping will have a "free shipping with Primate" banner. Look for the Primate logo on the product page to see what benefits are available for that product:
If the item doesn't have a "free shipping with Primate" banner on it, it is not eligible for Primate free shipping, and you will be quoted a shipping fee for the item in your trolley.
An item that is not eligible for free shipping may still be eligible for other Primate benefits e.g. discounted pricing.
