How do I redeem my game code?
You will typically be able to redeem the code directly through the platform itself (see our Playstation and Xbox guide). We recommend checking out the products listing page as this may instruct you on where to redeem this, or visiting help articles on the platform you are redeeming this on.
What region codes do you sell?
All our codes are generated for New Zealand customer accounts and regions. If your gaming account is set to another region, we'd recommend checking to see if New Zealand region codes will work prior to purchase, as some platforms are region locked and our codes will not be compatible with those.
My digital code doesn't work, what do I do?
First, visit help pages or troubleshooting on the site or platform you are trying to redeem this on first and see if they can provide assistance. If you're not able to resolve this there, please get in touch with us!
I no longer want my code but haven't used it, can I get a refund?
Digital codes are generated on purchase for each customer, so we cannot guarantee a refund or cancellation of the code that you no longer want after purchase and these sales are final.
