Your invoice will be displayed under My Account > My Orders > Your Order Number > Download Invoice.

If you're unable to locate your invoice there may be a few reasons for this:
1. Your order hasn't shipped/collected
An invoice for your order will only be generated once your order has been shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, you will need to wait until it has shipped for an invoice to be available.
Once your order has shipped your invoice will be emailed to you in an email titled "Thanks for shopping at Mighty Ape!" followed by your order number.
Likewise, if you are collecting your order from Mighty Ape an invoice won't be generated until you've collected your order.
2. You checked out as a guest
If you are unable to find your order on your account you've likely made the order with a Guest Account, or were not logged in when placing the order.

Please use the same email address you used with your first order.
Once you have signed up, please get in touch with us to let us know so we can convert your guest order over to your permanent account.
Once this has been converted you will be able to download your invoice through My Orders.
3. You checked out using a different email address
If you already have a permanent Mighty Ape account, you may have placed your order using the wrong email address.
Please get in touch with us with the name you placed your order under, the address this was shipped to, and the name of at least one of the items you ordered.
Our team will be able to help locate your order and provide an invoice for your order.
