Once you have signed up, please get in touch with us here to let us know so we can convert your order over to your permanent account.
Alternatively, if you already have a permanent Mighty Ape account, you may have placed your order using the wrong email address, or there may have been a checkout error. Please get in touch with us with the name you placed your order under, the payment method you used and the name of at least one of the items you ordered.
