Free Delivery does not apply to items listed in the Marketplace by private sellers or items shipped by Kogan.com from Australia, as this is international shipping, not standard.
Primate subscribers can upgrade to Rural Delivery, and Signature Required at no cost.
Whilst we will provide a discount on upgraded shipping methods, additional charges still apply with Jungle Express, Jungle XL, Mainfreight, Evening Express and International delivery options.
If any item in your order is not eligible for free Primate shipping, we will advise of a shipping fee in checkout.
