You may cancel items in a pending order by simply viewing the order under your “My Orders” page, and locating the “Cancel order item(s)” link in the top right corner of the order page
If your order is already processing or is shipping directly from our supplier, please contact our helpful Customer Care team or Live Chat for assistance with your cancellation request.
When sending a Support Request to make changes to your order, please select the option “I need help cancelling an unshipped item or order” and provide your order number in the form. By contacting us through this form, the processing of your order will be placed on hold which will help to prevent it from being sent before the requested changes are made.
Please note, we may not be able to make the changes requested if your parcel has already been fulfilled or dispatched.
