As long as your order has not yet been paid for, we can of course change the payment method used for your order! Please contact us and let us know which payment method you would like to change your order over to and we will reply back with the relevant instructions for the chosen payment method.
Please be advised we can only change the payment method of your order to Credit Card, Internet Banking, and Gift Voucher/Account Credit. For all other payment methods, the order will need to be cancelled; This will then need to be placed again with the desired method of payment.
When sending a Support Request to make changes to your order, please select the option “I need help modifying an address, item, or payment method on an unshipped order” and provide your order number in the form. By contacting us through this form, the processing of your order will be placed on hold which will help to prevent it from being sent before the requested changes are made.
Please note, we may not be able to make the changes requested if your parcel has already been fulfilled or dispatched.
