Delivery Instructions can be added to your parcel in the Address section of Checkout.
After you add a new address or select an existing one for this order to be delivered to, click the button below which says "Add Delivery Instructions for the courier"
Your specific delivery details for the courier driver could include instructions on where you would like your parcel to be left such as "Leave at the door" or "Leave at reception". If your address requires an access code for entry, we will need this in order to have your parcel delivered.
The instructions you write here will be saved and printed onto your parcel.
I have already placed my order and need to add delivery instructions!
Alternatively, if your overnight parcel with NZ Post has already shipped out but you need to add instructions, you can add delivery instructions through your NZ Post tracking link;
If you have already placed your order which is going to be delivered by a different courier service, please contact us to let us know you wish to add delivery instructions.
When sending a Support Request to make changes to your order, please select the option “I need help modifying an address, item, or payment method on an unshipped order” and provide your order number in the form. By contacting us through this form, the processing of your order will be placed on hold which will help to prevent it from being sent before the requested changes are made.
Please note, we may not be able to make the changes requested if your parcel has already been fulfilled or dispatched.
