Unshipped items can be cancelled from orders in My Account.
A full refund (including any shipping fees) will be provided if payment has been received. Most cancelation requests are processed instantly, however in some instances (e.g. where a promotional code may have been used) a cancelation and refund request may take up to 1-2 business days to process.
Please note that, while we do our best to honour requests to cancel an order, we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible. We work hard to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible, and in instances where an order has been fully processed and packaged by our team, or where an order has been handed over to the courier, we will not be able to process this request.
