Pick Ups Temporarily Suspended
We have temporarily stopped accepting new Pick Up orders, and existing orders have until 5:30pm on Wednesday 6 October to complete a Contactless Pick Up.
Customers who are unable to complete their Pick Up before the deadline are encouraged to Contact Us and arrange for their order to be converted to online delivery.
We're sorry for the short notice and appreciate this will be an inconvenience to customers. This decision was made to protect the health and safety of our team and customers, due to community transmission of Covid 19 being reported by The Ministry of Health in the neighbouring suburb of Red Beach.
Due to the evolving nature of the Covid 19 situation in Auckland, we’re unable at this stage to confirm when Pick Ups will reopen, however we’ll post an update on our website as more information becomes available.
For Customers in New Zealand
If you live in New Zealand, orders placed online can be picked up in person from our Millwater distribution centre located at 24-28 Highgate Parkway, Silverdale 0932.
Our pickup hours are between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.

How to Order
To place a pickup order online, add items to your trolley as normal then proceed to the checkout. On the “Address” step, click the “Pick Up Order” button. There is no delivery fee for pickup orders.
Mighty Ape is not an ordinary retail store. While we have a few products available to browse in our showroom, most stock is kept in our warehouse. Pickup orders should be placed online before being picked up.
Not all products are held in stock, so to avoid disappointment, place your order online and wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pickup. If your item is in stock you will be notified straight away.
Our showroom has a computer for customer use to place orders. In stock items can be picked immediately.
When picking up your order, you can pay using Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card, Afterpay, or Gift Voucher. Please note that Afterpay is not eligible for all items or orders - you can read more about eligibility and payment via Afterpay here.
If you would like to pay for a pickup order via Afterpay, please ensure you have the Afterpay app installed and an Afterpay account set up:
