Pick Up Opening Hours
Our normal Pick Up opening hours at 24-28 Highgate Parkway, Silverdale are as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
We will be closed on Friday the 28th of June, and will be back to our regular opening hours on Saturday the 29th.
Please note we are closed for Pickups on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Auckland Anniversary, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday and Anzac Day.
Pick up orders
If you live in New Zealand, orders placed online can be picked up in person from our Millwater warehouse located at Mighty Ape, 24-28 Highgate Parkway, Silverdale 0932 in Auckland.
To create a Pick Up order, add items to your trolley as normal then proceed to the checkout. On the 'Address' step, select Pick Up Order as your delivery method. There is no delivery fee for Pick Up orders.
Shortly after completing the checkout process, we'll send you an email confirming your order. We'll email you again when your items are ready to be picked up. Some items may not be immediately available.
To avoid disappointment please wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pick up. If your item is in stock you will be notified straight away.
Payment Options
When picking up your order, you can pay using Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card, Afterpay, or Gift Voucher. Please note that Afterpay is not eligible for all items or orders - you can read more about eligibility and payment via Afterpay here.
If you would like to pay for a pickup order via Afterpay, please ensure you have the Afterpay app installed and an Afterpay account set up:

Important Information
Mighty Ape is not an ordinary retail store. While we have a few products available to browse in our showroom, most stock is kept in our warehouse. Pickup orders should be placed online before being picked up.
Not all products are held in stock, so to avoid disappointment, place your order online and wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pick up. If your item is in stock you will be notified straight away.
Our showroom has a computer for customer use to place orders. In stock items can be picked immediately.
Please be advised that we are unable to accept laybys or hold in stock products for longer than 7 days.
To ensure fairness to all of our customers, your order for any in stock products will need to be collected or paid for within 7 days of placing the order.
We are unable to hold in stock items except under special circumstances; If your situation has changed and you need to extend your pick up or payment date longer than 7 days, or if you wish to change to delivery, please get in touch with us.
Change to Delivery
If you would prefer to have your order delivered instead, we would be happy to arrange that for you! To make the change to delivery, please get in touch with us and a member of our support team will arrange this for you as a priority.
When contacting us, please include the following information to allow us to assist you swiftly:
- Payment Method you wish to use - Credit Card, Account Credit, PayPal, or Internet Banking. If paying by credit card, please log in to your account and visit your saved cards in order to manage your credit card details.
- Your Delivery Address, which will need to include a suburb, post code, and contact phone number.
- Preferred Delivery Type - Standard, Same Day Delivery, or Jungle Express.

If you would like to pay with AfterPay, Zip, or Klarna - you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order as you are required to login to these services to complete payment.

Change to Pick Up
If you have changed your mind and would like to collect your unshipped delivery order from our showroom, please get in touch with us first and we will do our best to swap this order to Pick Up for you!
Please note that whilst our team will do our best to fulfil your request, not all of our products can be collected from our showroom.
