If you've purchased an electronic or printable gift voucher, your voucher will not be sent until payment has been received.
If paying by credit card, this usually takes 30–60 minutes within normal business hours. If paying by bank deposit, this usually takes 1–2 business days.
Once payment is successfully received, your voucher will be automatically emailed to your intended recipient.
If either you or the recipient has not received an email gift voucher, please try checking your Spam or Junk mail folders as these emails can be filtered incorrectly on occasion.
Otherwise, if you have a Mighty Ape account, you can also access your email gift voucher details from your account online! You can access this from your 'My Orders' page and click into the order for the gift voucher.
From this page, you can download the gift voucher or email this again if needed.
Please note that gift vouchers purchased on the New Zealand site cannot be redeemed on the Australian site and vice versa so please ensure you select the correct voucher when ordering.
